PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Hong Kong
Shipping fee: HKD 50
Free shipping: Orders over HKD 500
Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days

Macau
Shipping fee: MOP 64
Free shipping: Orders over HKD 500 / MOP 528
Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days

Singapore
Shipping fee: SGD 21
Free shipping: Orders over HKD 1,000 / SGD 172
Estimated delivery: 5–8 business days

SHIPPING CARRIER

We ship via SF Express for all regions to ensure reliable and timely delivery.

ORDER TRACKING

For orders shipped to Macau and Singapore, a tracking number will be provided via email once your order is dispatched. You may use this to monitor your delivery status on the SF Express website.

For Hong Kong local deliveries, tracking may not be provided due to the short delivery window.

IMPORTANT NOTES

We currently ship to Hong Kong, Macau, and Singapore only.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses.
