RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Flower Talk, we take great care in crafting and packaging every product. Due to the nature of skincare and personal care items, we maintain a strict hygiene policy regarding returns.

We do NOT accept returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect purchase
  • Skin sensitivity or personal preference
  • Products that have been opened or used

We DO offer a replacement or full refund if:

  • Your item arrived damaged during shipping (e.g. dented, leaked, or broken)
  • You received the wrong product
  • Your product has a manufacturing defect

How to report an issue:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@flowertalkorganics.com
  2. Include your order number and clear photos showing the damage or issue
  3. Our team will review your case and respond within 2 business days

Once approved, you may choose either:

  • A free replacement shipped to you at no extra cost, OR
  • A full refund to your original payment method

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

Please note:

  • Items must not be returned without prior approval.
  • We reserve the right to refuse claims without sufficient photographic evidence.
  • Complimentary samples and promotional gifts are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
