SHIPPING POLICY
At Flower Talk, we want your order to reach you as quickly and safely as possible. Please review our shipping details below.
PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery times are estimates and begin after your order has been shipped. Delays may occur during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.
SHIPPING CARRIER
We ship via SF Express for all regions to ensure reliable and timely delivery.
ORDER TRACKING
For orders shipped to Macau and Singapore, a tracking number will be provided via email once your order is dispatched. You may use this to monitor your delivery status on the SF Express website.
For Hong Kong local deliveries, tracking may not be provided due to the short delivery window.
IMPORTANT NOTES
- We currently ship to Hong Kong, Macau, and Singapore only.
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses.
