RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At Flower Talk, we take great care in crafting and packaging every product. Due to the nature of skincare and personal care items, we maintain a strict hygiene policy regarding returns.
We do NOT accept returns or refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect purchase
- Skin sensitivity or personal preference
- Products that have been opened or used
We DO offer a replacement or full refund if:
- Your item arrived damaged during shipping (e.g. dented, leaked, or broken)
- You received the wrong product
- Your product has a manufacturing defect
How to report an issue:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@flowertalkorganics.com
- Include your order number and clear photos showing the damage or issue
- Our team will review your case and respond within 2 business days
Once approved, you may choose either:
- A free replacement shipped to you at no extra cost, OR
- A full refund to your original payment method
Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
Please note:
- Items must not be returned without prior approval.
- We reserve the right to refuse claims without sufficient photographic evidence.
- Complimentary samples and promotional gifts are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
